National Representative Assembly (NRA), Clergy, and National Association of the Ladies Guild (NALG) Conferences, May 9-12, 2018
Dear Clergy, NRA, NALG Delegates, Yeretzgins and Guests,
The Pastor, Board of Trustees and the NRA Delegates of St. Gregory Armenian Apostolic Church of North Andover, Massachusetts are pleased to welcome you to a memorable and historic National Representative Assembly which will take place under the auspices of His Eminence Archbishop Oshagan Choloyan, Prelate of the Eastern Prelacy.
The respective Clergy and Yeretzgins’ Conferences will begin on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 12:00 PM. The National Representative Assembly will meet Thursday, May 10 - Saturday, May 12, 2018. The National Association of Ladies’ Guilds will also be meeting Thursday - Friday, May 10-11, 2018.
IMPORTANT NRA CONVENTION DETAILS
NRA MEETING START AND END: The NRA meeting will start on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will adjourn on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 1:00 PM. It is imperative that all delegates arrive on time and stay until the close of the meeting, so as not to miss the election of the Prelate, Executive and Religious Council members and others. Please book your travel accordingly.
LODGING
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Tewksbury-Andover, located at 4 Highwood Dr., Tewksbury, Massachusetts 01876. The room rate is $129/night plus tax. This rate includes WIFI and parking.
Attendees can call the Holiday Inn reservation department at (978) 640-9000 to book rooms or to book hotel rooms on-line, click here. Mention “SG3” to get the group rate of $129/night. This Group Rate expires on April 19, 2018.

TRANSPORTATION
The hotel is conveniently located halfway between Boston Logan International (BOS) and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT). Transportation will be provided from either airport for those in need of it. Transportation will also be available for those who need it from the hotel to the church on Thursday (also return trip) and Saturday, and from the hotel to and from the Banquet on Friday. Please indicate your transportation needs on the response form.
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for all attendees who do not require any transportation (to and from events and to and from airport) is $200.
The registration fee for those requiring the above transportation is $225 per attendee.
Banquet tickets for Friday evening are $75 additionally. All clergy and delegates are expected to attend the banquet on Friday evening.
