St Gregory guidelines for donations
The following is meant as a tool to assist you in your giving to Saint Gregory in support of requested services and ongoing membership. The outline below is presented as a guideline for our parishioners. This outline contains both suggested donations and required donations. Please be advised that some of these amounts are published and recommended by the Prelacy as well.
1. SUGGESTED DONATIONS
These following suggested customary amounts are intended as a guideline only. Please know that every parishioner who walks through our doors is appreciated, loved and valued, regardless of his or her donation level. The guideline is as follows:
A. Hokehankisd/Requiem Service: Requesting family and other requestors: $25.00 per family
Please note that we have returned to our former practice of reading the names of all parishioners during the service who have requested a Hokehankisd/Requiem Service. All names will be delivered to the sanctuary by 10:45 a.m. on that Sunday.
If requesting a Requiem Service, please be sure to contact Der Stepan at (978) 685-5038 at the Church office by Thursday morning in order to be listed in the weekly Sunday Bulletin.
B. Plate Collection: $10-$25 per week
C. Christmas & Easter Donations: $50-100 for each occasion
D. Yearly Stewardship Pledge: $500-$1,000 yearly per family
2. REQUIRED AMOUNTS
The following are required amounts. However, in the event of hardship of any kind, please speak with Der Hayr or any
Board of Trustee member and an accommodation will be made:
A. Dues: $250 per member
It is strongly suggested that each member pay at least half of their dues by June 30 each year so the Church can meet its monthly bills and obligations.
