Lenten Reflections:

Kindness: If the fire of the Sun of Righteousness ( Our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ) has touched our souls, it will leave nothing burning, nothing unfruitful. It will bring out all things ripe, sweet, all things abounding with much pleasure.
If we love one another, that beam will also come. Allow me, I beseech you to say these things with earnestness. Cause me to hear, that by these words we have produced some effect; that some one has gone and thrown both his arms about his enemy, has embraced him, has entwined himself around him, has warmly kissed him, has wept…though the other be a wild beast, a stone, or whatever he be, he will be made gentle by such affectionate kindness.

Prayer: I pray Lord that You will help me to accomplish great things for You by doing little acts of kindness that lie at hand and are all around me today. Open my eyes Lord that I may see Your loving presence in all that I do and say this day.

Dear merciful Lord Jesus Christ I pray that You help me to see my own weaknesses and shortcomings. I pray that You walk with me and guide me O Lord that I trust in You only.

Youth Bible Study will be held on Tuesday March 27th from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at the Church- The subject will be The Bible in our daily lives and what the Gospel means to me. Parents are always welcome to join us as well. Study group is for those 13-18 years of age.

Please note that there will not be a Lenten Vigil Service on Friday March 30th

April 5th- Holy Thursday- The service of the Washing of the Feet and the Service of the Passion of Christ ( Khavaroum ) will be presided over by His Grace Bishop Anoushavan.
The Services will begin at 6:30 p.m.-Please reserve the date.
